Cotswold Estates & Ground Maintenance Services is a family owned and run business established 15 years ago and managed by husband and wife James and Emma Griffiths. Both from rural backgrounds, their estate management experiences started as children working on their respective families land. Whilst Emma now takes responsibility for the admin side of the business, James is still very hands on with the work and takes pride in employing people with a background in the forces, having himself spent many years serving in the Army.

James and Emma now currently employ 5 others to conduct a plethora of services on a number of sites located throughout the Cotswolds. The smallest estate we manage is a 3 acre garden estate which is primarily horticultural planting and high quality garden maintenance. Our largest is 23 acres on which we assist with the maintenance of the homes gardens as well as regular fencing installation, landscaping and tri-weekly tractor work.
